I'm a Group Fitness instructor & Certified Personal Trainer with 20 years of experience providing fitness classes/sessions. I developed an appreciation for fitness as a former competitive gymnast and ice show skater. I love helping older adults stay active and helping their balance, mobility and strength in any stage of their lives. I strongly believe that physical fitness should be available to everyone at an affordable price and in the convenience of their own home. I feel blessed having this wonderful job and find myself smiling every time I teach.
