This course is five 30-minute sessions that guide you into Intentional Flow Yoga — a creative blend of mindful breathing, somatic awareness, and artistic movement. Each session is about more than exercise — it’s about releasing tension, building strength, and surprising yourself with what your body can express. Think of it as training for both body and spirit: mobility, flexibility, and resilience, wrapped inside flows that feel like art in motion.

My whole life has been about reinvention — moving across countries, changing careers, rebuilding after ending. Every time I had to start over, yoga taught me how to renew both physically and mentally. That’s what I want to share with my students, both in studio and online — not a performance of perfect poses, but a practice that helps you feel stronger, freer, and more creative in your own body. All of those parts shape how I teach. My students often tell me they don’t just get yoga from my classes — they get energy, artistry, and friendship. One of my older students once told me, “I come for the yoga, but I stay for your energy and beauty.”
This series includes 5 sessions, each about 30 minutes; each has a focus and theme. I’ll guide you with clear, supportive cues and creative transitions. You’ll feel like you’re practicing right beside me. Whether you want to build strength, find relief from stiffness, or simply reconnect with yourself, this class is a space to move, breathe, and transform.
